OKAKA products are sold and shipped through the brand’s authorised retail listings. The retailer processes payment, delivery and its standard 30-day returns, and holds your order details. For anything tied to a specific order number — tracking, an address change, a refund — contact the retailer directly through your order history; it’s the fastest route.
Start a return with the retailer as usual, then tell us what went wrong. As the brand’s representative we log every quality report, help where the standard return window has closed, and feed the details back to OKAKA’s production team.
