OKAKA Laundry Care is the official OKAKA brand-representative site. It is a static information site: no accounts, no checkout, no forms that store your details on our servers — and we never sell personal data. What little is collected is the ordinary technical information any website receives, plus whatever you choose to send us by email.
This site is operated by the OKAKA representative team (“we”). For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
This site itself sets no tracking cookies. When you click a “Check price & buy” button you’re taken to the brand’s authorised retail listing; that retailer may set its own cookies, including ones that attribute a qualifying purchase to this site under its affiliate programme. We don’t control third-party cookies — see the retailer’s own privacy notice.
We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to see which pages are useful. Where used, it collects no more than needed and never identifies you personally.
We share information in only two cases: anonymised product feedback passed to OKAKA’s product team, and situations where the law requires disclosure. Nothing is sold, rented or traded.
Server logs rotate automatically. Email threads are deleted once a matter is closed, unless a quality or warranty record needs to be kept longer.
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and the CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you — in practice, that means your email correspondence. Send requests to [email protected] and we’ll act on them promptly. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser at any time; the site reads fine without them.
The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
